Dancing - recently taken up and it's fantastic. Walking my dog. Positive attitude and gardening.

Too numerous to name, but those around me who 'have a go - regardless', and those who laugh a lot.

Being alive and free at 46.

Does a film qualify here? Hope so - "As Good As It Gets" - it's just the best.

Easy listening, classical, some country, Savage Garden, Boyzone, Dixie Jazz.

Laughter.

It's never too late to have a go, besides, people usually admire your efforts.
